Service Provision

Academy of Little Angels Day Nursery accepts referrals from Local Authorities, Solicitors, private clients and self referral for supported contact only.

Supervised Contact

An initial telephone call to check for room availability must be made to the Centre Supervisor.

Referrer must then complete a referral form with associated risk assessment documentation

Once the form has been returned fully completed contact room and worker will be booked and confirmed.

Academy of Little Angels will complete full risk assessment on family and allocate a suite accordingly.

Supported Contact

An initial telephone call to check for room availability must be made to the Centre Supervisor on: 07908 570310

Referrer to complete a referral form with risk assessment and accompanying documentation

All self referrals will be interviewed and a risk assessment will be conducted

Academy of Little Angels will then make a decision on acceptance, initially on a trial basis, to be reviewed on a monthly basis rooms will be allocated based on risk assessment

Counselling Service

An initial telephone call to check availability and waiting time, the appropriate application must be completed and forwarded to Centre Supervisor. Academy of Little Angels will then make a decision on acceptance and if appropriate, a counsellor will be allocated.

Holding Service & Handover

We facilitate the exchange of a child(ren) at our premises without Parents having to meet face to face.

Family Support Workers

Providing direct support to the family home with children or supporting parents with parenting/budgeting skills.
